The camera is the door
Point a phone at a ticket and it says who is in front of you — and says, in words, when a code is somebody else's, already inside, or for another night. Type the code when the camera can't.
Works with no signal
Keep the list on the device before doors. Scans still answer in a basement; what happened is sent on when the signal returns, in order.
A guest list that is a list
Put somebody on the door for nothing, with a note only you and the door can see. Comps, crew and the promoter's plus-one live beside the paid places, not in a text thread.

Places, not seats
Room, stream, or both
A ticket admits somebody to the room, to the broadcast, or to both — with a cap if you set one and a hold while they pay. Card sales open when the switch does; a free door works today.
Places for friends
One of your people holds places for the table — paid now, or held with a link each so every friend pays their own. Whoever opens a link takes the place.
Table space for sellers
Sell a spot at the merch table as a ticket only a seller can buy. Their shop attaches to your night; their sales are theirs, and the platform's share is what it always is.
Your refund rule, stated
No refunds, refunds until a set time before doors, or ask the host — chosen per show, printed on the show page and on every ticket. When you do refund, the buyer gets the whole price back.

How each night went
Admitted, sales, taken, cues — from records, never estimates. Online viewers are counted apart and never enter the room's attendance.
A sponsor's line on the ticket
When a brand backs your nights by agreement, its line prints on every counterfoil and the report counts the admissions it paid to be beside. From live agreements only.
What you keep
The price you set is what a buyer pays. Tax, the platform's share and card processing come out of it as their own lines, so the number you see is the number you keep.
